Overview:
The RS Ear Tag is a RFID transponder used for identification of animals. It contains an RFID module conforming to ISO 11784/11785. The ear tag usually carries the individual identification number of the animal, which may be assigned to keep it unique. Today, ear tags in variety of designs are used throughout the world on many species of animal to ensure traceability, to prevent theft and to control disease outbreaks.
