Inlay
RealSmart offers Inlay (Antenna + IC) delivered on PVC sheet for lamination. Firstly, copper wire antenna and IC will be fixed onto PVC sheet. The second PVC layer will be clipped onto the first layer.
Prelam Inlay
RealSmart offers Prelam Inlay (Antenna + IC) delivered on PVC sheet for lamination. After copper-wire antenna and IC were fixed between 2 PVC sheets, they will be laminated together. Prelam Inlay is widely used in contactless card production. Most card factories prefer Pre-Laminated Inlay than un-laminated inlay.
